Suction Scrubbers

We successfully completed a project for Neuman & Esser in which we designed and engineered 6 no suction scrubbers using ASME Sec VIII design drawings and calculations. Our team used Codeware Compress software to perform the design and calculations, ensuring accurate and reliable results.

Our design included fatigue analysis, material selection to ASME code, and applied local loads to ensure the scrubbers would withstand the operational conditions and last for a long time. We followed industry best practices and used state-of-the-art software tools to ensure the quality and reliability of our deliverables.

Overall, our project for Neuman & Esser was a success, and we were able to deliver high-quality, accurate, and reliable design and engineering services that met the client's requirements.
